Die COLOMATE^® The COLOMATE® Pro features power, coolant, media and demineralised water connections, as well as a manual discharge vale. Decentralised units measure fill levels and pump and circulate coolant, even when machines are switched off. Up to 16 processing machines are connected individually via piping (max. 50 m), thereby eliminating any risk of contamination.

The calculation is based on a production facility with 16 machine tools, operating on a single-shift basis and with 252 production days per year.

Here’s how the model works out for you.

Through the targeted use of the system, the service life of the cooling lubricant is significantly extended and unplanned machine downtime is noticeably reduced.

This has a direct impact on running costs: material consumption, waste disposal and downtime are reduced on a long-term basis. Overall, this results in a potential annual saving of €55,856 ≈ 66%.

The investment pays for itself in just 1.21 years. From that point onwards, the system is clearly cost-effective and generates ongoing savings.

Over a period of three years, this results in a financial benefit of €113,696. After five years, the benefit rises to €240,800.

All parameters, including consumption monitoring, can be accessed at any time via the custom-developed Fluid Management App. In addition to the fill levels of all processing machines and coolant tanks, all important data, such as concentration, pH value, etc., are displayed in real-time. The app also allows you to set thresholds for warning notifications and includes a library for coolants as well as a ticket system for updates and direct support from our specialists.

The app is not tied to COLOMATE® and can also be used independently.
